Tommy Lee Jones (born September 15, 1946) is an American actor and director from San Saba, Texas.
A graduate of the St. Mark's School of Texas, he attended Harvard on a scholarship, where he was a roommate of the future Vice President Al Gore at Dunster House and there he received a B.A. in English literature and graduated cum laude in 1969.
